How to pay using PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Apple Pay?

 

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and some local payment methods through the following payment processors:

1. 2Checkout: PayPal and Credit/Debit Card (except Mastercard and Visa, details below)

2. Paddle: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and iDEAL

3. PayPal: PayPal

2Checkout and Paddle support more countries than PayPal. Local payment methods are available in supported countries through 2Checkout and Paddle.

 

Automatic Recurring Payment

Use 2Checkout to pay the invoice to set up and manage automatic payments.

 

VAT

Use Paddle to process VAT automatically. If you have a VAT ID, enter it at the time of payment. If you have already paid the invoice, Paddle will send you a confirmation email after payment with a link to reclaim VAT in eligible countries.


2Checkout


2Checkout processes payment through PayPal. You can pay using the following:

  • PayPal Balance

  • Credit/Debit Card: American Express, Discover, JCB, Dinners Club, etc.

    Do not use Mastercard or Visa. 2Checkout no longer accepts them after they increased their transaction fees. If you use them as a payment source, 2Checkout will automatically reverse the payment.

 

You can pay as a guest in supported countries if you do not have a PayPal account.

Use Paddle if 2Checkout does not support your card.

 

Pay Using 2Checkout

  • Go to Client Area Menu > Billing > My Invoices > (click on the invoice).

  • Select "2Checkout" from the dropdown list below "Payment Method".

  • Click "Pay Now"

  • Wait a few seconds for the secure payment popup to appear.

    Make sure your browser is not blocking any popups.


  • Select "Enable auto-renewal" to set up automatic payments for the items in the invoice.


  • Enter your card details and click "Place Order".


    Or click "Change" and select "PayPal".

    • Click Continue to PayPal. A new browser window will open and redirect you to the secure PayPal checkout website.

    • Log in to PayPal and complete the payment.


  • Multiple blank pages may appear.

    Do not close or leave the payment interface. 2Checkout will continue processing the payment in the background.

  • After the process is complete, you will be redirected to your invoice, and 2Checkout will send you an email stating payment is complete.

    The payment will be added to your invoice automatically after a few minutes, and we will send you an invoice paid email.

  • Done!

 

Note:

2Checkout may send you an email to verify the transaction. Please check your email if the invoice is not updated within a few minutes.

 


Paddle


You can use the following payment methods to pay through Paddle:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada

  • PayPal: PayPal Balance and Credit/Debit Card

  • iDEAL

  • Google Pay (Chrome only)

  • Apple Pay (Safari only)

 

VAT

Paddle will not charge VAT for cross-border transactions if a VAT number is entered during payment. If you have already paid VAT, you can reclaim your VAT in eligible countries.

 

Pay Using Paddle

  • Go to Client Area Menu > Billing > My Invoices > (click on the invoice).

  • Select "Paddle" from the dropdown list below "Payment Method".

  • Click "Pay Now"

  • Wait a few seconds for the secure payment popup to appear.

    Make sure your browser is not blocking any popups.


  • Click "Add VAT Number" and enter your VAT details if you are VAT-registered.

  • Click "PayPal" or "pay by card".

    If you have chosen PayPal, log in to PayPal and complete the payment.

    If you have chosen card, enter your credit/debit card details and click "Pay Now".


  • Wait a few seconds to complete the payment.

    Multiple blank pages may appear. Do not close or leave the payment interface. Paddle will continue processing the payment in the background.

    Follow any prompts that appear on your screen.


  • After the process is complete, you will be redirected to your invoice, and Paddle will send you an email stating payment is complete.

    The payment will be added to your invoice automatically after a few minutes, and we will send you an invoice paid email.

  • Done!

 

Note:

Paddle may send you an email to verify the transaction. Please check your email if the invoice is not updated within a few minutes.
