As we grow, we align our policies with industry standards. In light of this, we are making some changes to our Uptime SLA that will apply to all new and existing clients. Below is a summary of the changes:

We have simplified the SLA provisions for Dedicated Servers. SLA credits will be issued 10 times the downtime caused. For example, for 10 minutes of downtime, customers will receive 100 minutes worth of SLA credit.

We have added Power Availability SLA provisions for Dedicated Servers. SLA credits will now be issued for power failures at the above rate.

We have excluded downtimes due to legal actions and software issues (such as known bugs) from the SLA. The SLA claim time has been changed to 5 days and cannot exceed 100% of the respective service's monthly renewal price.
