Getting started guide for cPanel/WHM Reseller Hosting

This guide summarizes how to use some of our features and troubleshoot common issues you might face as a new user. It will help you with common website configurations on our Reseller Hosting servers.

  • PHP mail()/sendmail is disabled on the servers to prevent spam outbursts from malformed or compromised scripts. The ability to use external SMTP servers is disabled by default.

    An easy way to use SMTP to send email from WordPress is included in the guide below.

  • FTP - We use FTPS (FTP over SSL/TLS) and SFTP for secure FTP connections.

  • SSH - We use Key Pair instead of plaintext passwords to harden SSH security.

  • WordPress is automatically optimized within 24 hours after installation. You can disable the automatic optimization.

Support is available 24/7 via the Client Area. Log in to your Client Area and submit a support ticket if you need any assistance.

Your Client Area login details are different from cPanel login details. If you have forgotten your Client Area login details, you can reset them and have them emailed to you.
