How to change the WordPress URL?

 

You can change the WordPress URL using Softaculous or WP Toolkit. If you have changed your domain or moved your website from a different server, you might need to update its URL to make it work properly.

 

Note:

If your domain does not resolve to our servers, you do not need to change the URL to view the site. You can use one of the methods in the following guide:

Change WordPress URL

Using WP Toolkit:

  1. Go to cPanel > WordPress Management (WP Toolkit).

  2. Click the three dots located to the right of your website URL.

  3. Click Update Site URL.

  4. Select the New site URL.

  5. Click Update.

  6. Done!

 

Or, using Softaculous:

Clone the website to the new domain or subdomain.
