How to use PHP X-Ray?

You can use PHP X-Ray to identify which URLs, plugins, themes, functions, or SQL queries are slowing down your website. Please follow the below instructions to use PHP X-Ray:

PHP X-Ray slows down a website by 15-20%. Make sure to disable it after completing your diagnosis.


How to use PHP X-Ray:

  1. Go to cPanel > X-Ray App > Start Tracing

  2. Enter the following values:

    URL: Choose from the dropdown menu
    Specify a mask: /*

  3. Click Run

PHP X-Ray is now enabled. Visit your website a few times for X-Ray to analyze your site.

Now view the results:

  1. Click Refresh on the X-Ray interface

  2. Click on the Eye icon under the Actions column

Once you are done, disable PHP X-Ray.


How to disable PHP X-Ray:

  1. Go to cPanel > X-Ray App

  2. Click on the Stop icon under the Actions column

  3. Confirm by clicking Yes, stop

  4. Click on the Delete icon under the Actions column

  5. Confirm by clicking Yes, delete

PHP X-Ray should now be disabled.
