What are my nameservers?

We use separate DNS Clusters to host our white-label nameservers in each region. Each DNS Cluster has a different set of nameservers. So, nameservers vary depending on your server location.

Applies To:

Web Hosting, Semi Dedicated Hosting, and Reseller Hosting.

View Nameservers

You can view the nameservers of your hosting service from the Client Area:

  • Log in to Client Area.

  • Go to Services > My Services > [click on the service (not on the domain)].

  • The nameservers are listed in the Hosting Information section.

Here is a step-by-step guide to changing the nameservers:

How to change the nameservers of a domain?

Note:
When you change the nameservers, ISPs (internet service providers) worldwide must update their DNS cache to reflect the change in their areas. This is called DNS propagation.

In some areas, this process can take from a couple to up to 72 hours, depending on the policies of the ISPs in those areas.

When someone (including you) visits your website, but the DNS propagation is not complete at their ISP or their end (DNS can also be cached on their browser/computer), they will see the site on your previous hosting account. Some emails might also arrive at your previous hosting account.

During this time, your websites and emails will be online. If you cannot access them due to DNS propagation, please refer to the following article to access them:
