You can view your payment history and manage automatic payment subscriptions from your Client Area, Paddle, 2Checkout, and PayPal accounts.
Paddle
You can manage automatic payment subscriptions, view VAT receipts, modify VAT number, and view past transactions.
- Manage Automatic Payments:
Go to Client Area > Billing > My Subscriptions (Paddle) > View.
You can view subscription items, update payment methods, and cancel subscriptions. - View VAT Receipts and Past Transactions:
Go to Client Area > Billing > My Subscriptions (Paddle) > Paddle Portal.
You can view VAT receipts in past transactions, download receipts as PDFs, and update the VAT number for a transaction. - Get Help from Paddle:

2Checkout
Log in to Your 2Checkout Account:
A 2Checkout account was automatically created for you when you paid using 2Checkout. You can disable and enable automatic payments from this account.
- Go to
https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/ - Enter the email address that you have used to pay via 2Checkout.
- Click "Send Access Link".
An email containing the Access Link will be sent to you. - Click on the link in the email to log in to your 2Checkout account.
View Automatic Payments:
- Log in to your 2Checkout account, as mentioned above.
- Go to "My Products".
- Services with automatic payment will indicate "Auto-Renewal: Enabled".
- Done!
Disable Automatic Payments:
There may be times when you need to disable or stop an automatic payment, e.g., to prevent overpayment, if you have already paid by another method, if you have upgraded or ordered a different service, or if you do not wish to renew a service.
- Log in to your 2Checkout account, as mentioned above.
- Go to "My Products".
- Click "Stop automatic subscription renewal" next to the service.
A confirmation box will appear. - Click "Stop auto-renewal" to confirm.
A green banner will appear stating, "Your subscription auto-renewal has been successfully disabled." - Done!
Your automatic payment subscription should now have been deactivated. If you change your mind, you can "Enable auto-renewal" again from the same page.
