You can view your payment history and manage automatic payment subscriptions from your 2Checkout and PayPal accounts.
Log in to Your 2Checkout Account
A 2Checkout account was automatically created for you when you paid using 2Checkout. You can disable and enable automatic payments from this account.
- Go to
https://secure.2co.com/myaccount/
- Enter the email address that you have used to pay via 2Checkout.
- Click "Send Access Link".
An email will be sent to you containing the Access Link. - Click on the link in the email to log in to your 2Checkout account.
View Automatic Payment
- Log in to your 2Checkout account, as mentioned above.
- Go to "My Products".
- Services with automatic payment will indicate "Auto-Renewal: Enabled".
- Done!
Disable Automatic Payment
There may be times when you need to disable or stop an automatic payment, e.g., to prevent overpayment, in cases where you have already paid using another method, or if you have upgraded, ordered a different service, or do not wish to renew a service.
- Log in to your 2Checkout account, as mentioned above.
- Go to "My Products".
- Click "Stop automatic subscription renewal" next to the service.
A confirmation box will appear. - Click "Stop auto-renewal" to confirm.
A green banner will appear stating, "Your subscription auto-renewal has been successfully disabled." - Done!
Your automatic payment subscription should now have been deactivated. If you change your mind, you can "Enable auto-renewal" again from the same page.
