We offer domain names with free WHOIS Privacy (ID Protection). Please follow this walkthrough to change the nameservers of a domain registered with us:

  • Log in to Client Area.

  • Go to Domains > My Domains from the Client Area menu.

  • Click the "down arrow" (next to the wrench icon) located to the right of the domain.

  • Click "Manage Nameservers" from the dropdown menu.

  • Select "Use custom nameservers".

  • Type in new nameservers and click "Change Nameservers".

  • Done!

Note:
The nameservers for your hosting account were sent to you in the hosting account information email. You can also find them here:

DNS Propagation:
When you change the nameservers, ISPs (internet service providers) worldwide must update their DNS cache to reflect the change in their areas.

In some areas, this process can take from a couple to up to 72 hours, depending on the policies of the ISPs in those areas.

When DNS propagation is not complete in an area, visitors (including you) from that area will reach your old server.

During this time, your websites and emails will be online. If you cannot access them due to DNS propagation, please refer to the following article to access them:
